Solena Selected to Join Sustainability in Agriculture Program Hosted by SAP.iO Foundry Latin America
Foster City, USA — November 25, 2022. Solena Ag Inc. has been selected as one of the seven startups to participate in the first sustainability in agriculture program hosted by SAP.iO Foundry Latin America.
Historically, decision-making on farming soils has been based on farmers’ experience (trial and error), which has produced inexact results and loss of crop profitability. Farming management has experienced historical transformations thanks to innovative technologies that improve soil health for sustainable agriculture.
On October 6, SAP.iO launched its first program focused on farming sustainability hosted by SAP.iO Foundry Latin America. Solena is proud to announce that it was selected to join the program. A jury of SAP experts, partners, clients, and investment funds oversaw the selection process. Over the next three months, Solena will build and develop a partnership with SAP through joint use case definitions, product integration, and various business development activities. Businesses that use SAP® solutions will participate in the program by supporting cohort selection and evaluating opportunities.
